Quick answers to the most common questions about the beta program.
Is this a vetted escort or caregiving service?
No. Wayszo only coordinates introductions between travelers. Travellers travel independently and do not receive elderly, medical or any logistics support.
Which trips in Dublin are eligible?
Airport-to-airport routes only. Both onward and return Car bookings must be confirmed.
What is required to opt in?
Each traveler submits the Flight Companion request with their own Booking ID and phone. We validate both before accepting a request.
When are contact details shared?
Only after both travelers confirm they want the match. We only share first name and WhatsApp, with flight number/time window if needed.
What information is never shared?
Home address, hotel address, Passport, Visa and medical information are not shared.
What happens if there is a complaint?
Any complaint leads to immediate removal from the Flight Companion program. Use WhatsApp support to "Report" or "Block" if needed.
When will Wayszo respond about a match?
We will get back upto 1 week prior to the travel date.
How does the free return fare work?
It applies only after both Booking IDs are verified and both travelers reconfirm. Limited to use once for bother requester and offerer, and misuse may void the incentive.

- Wayszo may remove participants or pause the program at any time.

Free Return Car Ride Eligibility
- Airport-to-airport routes only.
- Both bookings must be confirmed.
- Free ride is only applicable from Dublin Airport return trip to Offerer
- Same flight including same transit route plus a tight time window.
- Wayszo will get back upto 1 week prior to the travel date.
- Program is limited one time per Requester or Offerer in one year.
- Free Dublin Airport ride is applied only after both Booking IDs are verified and both travelers confirm they still want it.
- Wayszo may refuse or revoke the incentive if misuse is suspected.
